Datresion Metrics Nigeria is a consortium of global development professionals, public policy think-tanks and seasoned entrepreneurs. The Organization has its head office in Makurdi, Nigeria with online presence all over the world.


We have a large client-base including international NGOs, national NGOs, national governments, regional organizations, civil associations, global movements, bilateral and multilateral donors, private corporations, social enterprises, entrepreneurs and philanthropies. We deliver results in the contexts of global development ranging from the spectrum of relatively stable societies to challenging humanitarian situations and emergencies.


We forge partnerships with international and local organizations to deliver projects. We are trusted implementation partners to many donor organizations, foundations, global development consortia and policy think-tanks.


Datresion Metrics Nigeria was founded in 2016 and became formally incorporated in 2020. The name DATRESION is an acronym obtained from three key words: Data, Research and Decision Making. It stands for "Get that data, conduct the research, and make the decision".

 

The Research Organization leverages many years of experience in international development and data science to provide solutions for development actors working to solve the problems of international development. 

 

With the belief that every problem has a solution, we leave no one behind while building trust and giving a voice to local people. Our pricing models are flexibly designed to ensure that no one is priced out.

Meet Our Team

Datresion Metrics Nigeria consists of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team of project manager and implementers, international development experts, global consultants, regional experts, research fellows, developers, data scientists, evaluators, analysts and remote interns with verifiable years of experience delivering solutions to international development problems.

Founder and Principal

Simon Orjime is an economist, International Development Researcher, Data Analyst, and Entrepreneur.

He has many years of expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, managing, and evaluating large-scale Health (HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and Cancer), Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment, Agriculture and Environment, Education and Research, Governance, and WASH Programs/Projects in developmental and Humanitarian Settings. 

He has Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree both in Economics. He has fellowship statuses in International Development Research and Entrepreneurship, and has received several certifications in monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Vivian Ityokumbul MSc, BSc
Director of Projects

Vivian Ityokumbul holder a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development. 

She is an expert in monitoring and evaluation with many years of experience in results-based management and implementation of development projects.

Mr Hilary Ushie holders a Master's Degree in Economics. He is very experienced in empirical research, mentorship and capacity development. He also has many years of experience in economic development through microfinance banking.
