WHAT WE DO

We have a large client-base including international NGOs, national NGOs, national governments, regional organizations, civil associations, global movements, bilateral and multilateral donors, private corporations, social enterprises, entrepreneurs and philanthropies. We deliver results in the contexts of global development ranging from the spectrum of relatively stable societies to challenging humanitarian situations and emergencies.

Baseline, Midterm and Endline Survey

Survey Research has been integral to our work since coming into existence. Our multidisciplinary and multicultural teams of experts have played a leading role in meeting the needs of our clients in all aspects of survey science. We employ proven methods and best practices in the survey research industry, paying detailed attention to time and cost efficiency, quality, and technological innovation. Our survey tools and methods are flexible and adaptive to peculiar environments, circumstances and behavioral differences. This often requires mixed methodologies and survey designs, and savvy mobile technology solutions.

We attach public visibility to the results of our surveys. Our work touches on all aspects of the human life, including but not limited to health, social, economic, political and environmental issues. Our survey results form the basis for informed policy and programs decisions to address critical social problems in line with the needs of both privileged and under-served populations.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)

MEAL.png

With focus on the five phases of MEAL (data cycle) from logic models design to data use, we support evidence-based decision-making ensuring that quality and accurate data and information are translated into useful knowledge, sound decisions and meaningful actions.

Leveraging on our institutional strengths in the development and management of data science, surveys, and technology, we design standard tools that align monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability with project/program calendar, budget and staffing requirements. The evidence we generate is used to guide project/program performance, assess the progress, value, merit, or quality of projects’ design, implementation and results, with the commitment to respond to, and balance the needs of all project stakeholders, including project participants, donors, partners and the organization itself, in the activities of the project, and at the same time enabling intentional reflection for smarter decision-making.

Our monitoring and evaluation systems enhance accountability and learning through transparent sharing of monitoring and evaluation information, compliance with agreed donor requirements and best practices, responsiveness to stakeholder inputs (feedback, ideas, suggestions, and complaints), encouraging varying degrees of contributions from different types of stakeholders in initiating, defining the parameters for, and conducting MEAL, and engaging stakeholders in thoughtful discussion of what has worked and what hasn’t worked in project efforts to achieve the stated objectives through conversations drawn on monitoring data, evaluation data, and other appropriate evidence to inform any conclusions or decisions that emerge.
